“Peggy’s Pentimento”

Another favorite done of late. This started out as an old oil painting of my very first instructor’s (Peggy Griffin). I had hung it on the patio at our old house and it faded almost to nothing. I decided to bring it back to life as a mixed media piece. There is a small part in the upper right had corner that I left as is – hence the pentimento.

  1. I would think she is overjoyed, not only that you continue to create artwork, but remember and honor her contribution so wonderfully!
