A Day(10) of Therapy

Art does help. The mind becomes so involved with the process you almost don’t think of anything else. If you do, at least it’s in a meditative way. Tears may still come, the heart may still ache, but that piece of paper and pools of color some how make it less painful….  Any suggestions for a title are welcome. Right now it’s called “Staying Free”. If you saw the photo this painting was “inspired” by, you’d laugh and shake your head.
