Day 19 Going Ahead
Good thing I painted “ahead”. My grandbaby decided to be a fussbudget today (the 19th). No studio time. I’ll be painting ahead this weekend in preparation for any errant behavior.

Sad my girl was not accepted into the “Naughty” Show. Ah well an impure and unhappy angel is perhaps too much of a dichotomy for Jacksonville.So, I know we creatives all go through dry spells. The one I’m going through right now is very bad timing because I want desperately to enter my less than pristine angel into an upcoming show. Got to just do the work wether I’m “inspired” or not.I am so proud to have won and Honorable Mention in the current Jacksonville Watercolor Society show. The work of these talented artists is truly impressive. It is a huge honor to have won in such an august field and has me on an emotional high like never before.Spring is in the air! And for me that means paper making.Archives
