Calling it Done

One of the hardest parts of the creative process is knowing when you are done. I’m sure to non-creatives this sounds totally out there. How can you NOT know when something is done? Well believe me it’s hard. Lately I’ve decided to call it done about one step before I use to. There is nothing worse than an over worked watercolor. They lose their freshness. Look more flat, despite the piles of paint you’ve put on. So my tweaks made ….. this …. is…. done.
